To cancel or delete your account: simply log in to your Jmail account and click the "Delete my account" link which is located under the "Account Manager" drop-down menu. Look for your name in the upper right corner of the screen and it is located in the dropdown menu there.

WARNING: If you have funds in your account they will be forfeited. All letters and content will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
