Jmail scans all mail that is received and uploads that mail into our user's "Inbox". If your Jmail Box has expired, or you do not have Jmail Box, you will still receive the letters in your Inbox as usual as well as an email notification letting you know that you have received a letter. You will not, however, be able to open the letters until you renew your Jmail Box subscription. Once your Jmail Box is re-activated/activated you will once again have full access to your Inbox and all your mail. Please note however a large number of unopened unscanned letters could lead to your Jmail Box account being suspended and you may not be allowed to renew the service, so it is important to download your letters as you receive them.
