If my letter is returned or rejected by the prison how will I know? Where will the letter go?

Since we use your return address on the envelope, if the letter is rejected it will be returned to your address.

If you are using our Jmail Box Service, the letter will be returned to Jmail.cc and we will notify you that your letter was rejected along with the reason if a reason was given by the prison facility.
