How do I know my letter has been sent?

Once you have completed your letter and hit send and verified you wanted to send your Jmail, your letter is placed in your "Sent Box".

In your sent box there are three tabs:

(1) Not Yet Printed   -   This means your letter is in que for printing by our staff.

(2) Printed  -  This means your letter has been printed and delivered to a USPS mailing station.

(3) All  -  This tab shows all unprinted and printed mail.

 

Your letter will appear in the Not Yet Printed tab until it is printed and mailed by our staff. Once it is printed and mailed the letter will move over to the "Printed" tab.

Please Note: Once the letter has been mailed we have no way of tracking the letter as the USPS does not provide tracking for 1st Class letters. Most letters arrive within 3-4 days of being mailed.
