Jmail promises to print and send your mail within one (1) business day. While we try to provide same day printing and mailing of your letters it isn't always possible. Jmail letters received after our daily mail delivery to the post office for that day will be printed and sent the following business day.

Jmail does not print on Sundays or Holidays.

Please wait until at least (1) one full business day has passed before creating a support ticket in reference to unprinted mail. Also, check to make sure it is not a holiday. Please also keep in mind that we are most likely in a different time zone than you, so we may still be in the middle of our workday.
