Unfortunately, the US Postal Service does not provide tracking for 1st Class Postage so we are unable to track letters. Once the letters leave our hands we are completely dependent on the USPS and the prison mailrooms to do their jobs in a timely manner. While rare, this doesn't always happen. Letters are sometimes mishandled or delayed for many reasons, weather, prison lockdowns, you name it.

We do provide however proof of shipping as Jmail photographs every letter we send. These photos show the envelope with appropriate postage affixed along with a digital date stamp from the day it is mailed.

If your letter is rejected by the prison for any reason, it should be returned to you with the reason for rejection. If you use our Jmail Box service, it should be returned to us and we will notify you of the reason for rejection.
