If you have an active Jmail Box subscription and receive photos from an inmate that would like their photos sent back to them, The Jmail Team may be able to assist you with this.

The Jmail Team can send the photos back for you in a future letter you are already mailing to the inmate if the photo(s) were received within the past 30 days. (Jmail only holds mail for the current month and previous month, so if the letter is older than that, it will have already been shredded.)

There is a minimum 1 credit service fee for this service. If the photos cause the weight of the envelope to go over the ounce mark an additional credit will be charged due to the increase in postage. An additional credit may also be charged if the photos/artwork being returned is oversized or requires special packaging or large envelopes.

If you need to send photos back to an inmate, simply send them a letter and then immediately link a Support Ticket titled "Send Photos Back to Inmate" to your OUTGOING letter. You can do this by clicking the ? icon next to the letter in your Outbox. In your support message, please identify the Letter ID# which you would like the photos recovered from. You can find the Letter ID# in your Inbox next to the letter.

The Jmail Team will send you a payment request for the minimum service fee and any additional fees if required.
