To have letters stored and forwarded to you, you would need to have a Jmail Box & Ship premium subscription. You can request your mail to be sent to you by going to the Premium tab and clicking the Jmail Box & Ship link from the Premium dropdown.
If you do not have Jmail Box & Ship, we do provide single letter forwarding which costs $5.00 plus actual shipping costs per letter. If you only need 1 letter forwarded and do not expect to need more letters forwarded in the future this may be the best option, however, if you are expecting to request multiple letters we suggest signing up for a Jmail Box & Ship plan.
Please note: Only letters received AFTER you sign up for Jmail Box & Ship will appear on your Jmail Box & Ship page. Letters received prior to your subscription will not be listed on this page and may not be able to be requested.
