You can actually edit or delete a letter yourself as long as we haven't printed or sent the letter already. To edit a letter that hasn't been sent, click the Pencil icon next to the letter you want to edit in your Outbox. If you want to delete the letter click the X icon next to the letter.

If the letter has already been printed and sent, then unfortunately no more changes can be made and the letter cannot be deleted or not sent as it has already been turned in to the USPS for shipping.

You can tell if a letter has been printed and shipped by going to your outbox. If the letter is GREEN then it has already been mailed and no changes can be made. If the letter is WHITE, you still have the opportunity to edit the letter or delete it.
