If you received a letter that you want the physical letter forwarded to you we have several options for you. If you plan to have all your letters forwarded to you, or more than just 1 a month forwarded to you, you should upgrade to the Jmail Box & Ship subscription. If this is just a one-time thing and you want a single letter to be forwarded to you, then we do offer Single Letter Forwarding. The cost for this service is $5 plus the actual shipping costs rounded to the nearest $1. So if the shipping cost is $1.25, your price would be $6 ($5 service fee plus $1 for shipping).

If you would like a letter forwarded to you and you do not have Jmail Box & Ship, please create a support ticket and list the ID# of the letter you want to be shipped to you. Please also include the name and address exactly as it should appear on the envelope for mailing to you and if you are outside the USA please provide a phone number as this will be required for a customs form if necessary.
