Pre-stamped or Metered postage can be provided as a special request if the prison you are sending mail to requires it. To make the request, please link a Support Ticket to your outgoing letter immediately after you have submitted it on the Jmail website. Then make the subject of the ticket something similar to Pre-stamped or Metered postage required and we can take care of this for you.
