There is no limit to the size of the letter you can send however the charge for your letter changes due to its size. Jmail Charges 1 mail credit per 3000 words or 6 pages and an additional 1 mail credit per each additional 3000 words or 6 pages.

 

Example:

Up to 3000-word letter = 1 mail credit

3001 to 6000-word letter = 2 mail credits

6001 to 9000-word letter = 3 mail credits

and so on....

 

OR:

If your letter doesn't contain many words but extends across several pages:

1-6 pages = 1 mail credit

7-12 pages = 2 mail credits

13-18 pages = 3 mail credits

and so on...

 

PLEASE NOTE: Jmail prints double-sided (front and back) so one sheet of paper printed on front and back is considered 2 pages.
