We mail daily so all messages are printed and mailed within 1 business day. Excluding Sundays and Holidays. We estimate of 2 to 4 days for delivery.

Jmail also provides "Location-Based Printing/Sending" based on where the inmate you are writing is located. *In most cases. On some occasions, your letter may be mailed by a different office is one office is not operating that day.

If you mail an inmate on the Eastern side of the USA the letter is mailed from our Florida location. If you mail an inmate on the Western side of the USA the letter is mailed from our California office.

This ensures that your letter reaches its destination as fast as possible.

Please note: These times do not reflect possible delays by the USPS or prison mailroom which Jmail cannot attest to. Delays, from the USPS and prison mail-rooms, while uncommon do happen and can cause your letter to be significantly delayed or even non-delivered or rejected. Rejected or returned letters should be returned to the address you have listed as your Return Address.
